The Hostel is situated in the centre of Bela Krajina, in the south of Slovenija, only 15mins from the border with Croatia. The border is the river Kolpa, which is warm and welcoming in the summer for swimming, fishing, boating, rafting and canoeing. Nearby is Mirna gora (1047m) with the educational forest trail, Planina-Mirna gora, from the top you can see the typical Bela Krajina vineyards. In Semic (9km) you can enjoy horseback riding, panoramic flights with powerplane, glider or hot-air balloon. The town has a museum, art galleries and much more historical heritage.
